Always review the latest proof
Each proof is tied to one order item and version. A new or corrected proof replaces the previous version and makes every earlier approval stale. Approve or request changes only from the verified action for the latest proof. Silence, an email open or click, a staff action, or an earlier approval never counts as approval of a replacement proof.
Approve or request changes
Approve the latest proof only when it shows the exact item you want produced. If you want a change, send one consolidated revision request. Production stays blocked while a revision is open and until you explicitly approve the new latest proof.
Revision rounds and fees
Your item includes two customer-requested revision rounds. LetterSupply corrections do not use those rounds, and there is no post-purchase revision fee. If two rounds do not resolve the item, customer care may authorize one additional round at no charge. Otherwise, you can approve the current proof or cancel the unreleased item under the cancellation policy.
Changes to the purchased scope
Changing the application, wording, artwork, dimensions, material, color or quantity after purchase is a scope change, not a revision fee. We show the price change and wait for your acceptance. Any increase must be paid and any decrease must enter the refund process before the changed proof can move forward. Every scope change requires a new proof and new approval.
If you do not decide
The item remains waiting for your decision. LetterSupply does not auto-approve a proof and does not release an item to production because time passed or no response arrived.
